On Sunday, 25 March, TAP launched its new routes from Porto. Barcelona, Milan, London (London City Airport) and Ponta Delgada represent the airline’s commitment to continue bringing passengers from around the world to Porto, and to bring Porto to the world.
TAP has invested in a strong advertising campaign at the new destinations – in airports, on buses and on billboards – spreading the word about Porto as the tourist destination of choice that it is.
The new routes have also been advertised in Portugal with the message “From Porto Direct to the World”. As part of this campaign, TAP invited four influencers with connections to Porto to celebrate these new destinations with the airline. Instagrammers @joao.bernadino, @kitato, @formascriticas and @filipepinhas helped TAP promote the connections from Porto to Milan, Barcelona, London and Ponta Delgada, respectively, with inspirational photos that the company will share on its social networks.
