TAP’s frequent flyers now have a new dedicated programme that replaces Victoria. It is called TAP Miles&Go, and it has even more exclusive benefits.
TAP now offers twice the number of seats for award tickets and allows Miles&Go members to use their miles to pay TAP taxes on these tickets.
Furthermore, bonus miles no longer expire when the client keeps their Gold status.
With this new and improved programme, TAP has responded to the demands of its frequent flyers.
The company has also launched the TAP Miles&Go Club that offers four distinct membership levels, with even more benefits, and which allows to earn miles more quickly.
Another novelty is the ability to purchase miles using dollars and reals. In Brazil, payment can be made in 12 interest-free instalments. The miles store is also now available in Brazilian and North American markets. With this new brand, TAP also aims to accelerate the internationalisation of its loyalty programme, with the benefits of the programme more evident and better aligned with the company’s expansion.
