TAP adds new benefits to the Miles&Go program

TAP continues to add benefits to its Miles&Go Loyalty Program. TAP Miles&Go customers can now use Plugrade, a new feature that allows them to bid on an upgrade from Economy to Business Class by using their miles rather than cash.

Plusgrade is the platform that enables customers - from 7 days up to 72 hours before the flight, if there are seats available - to bid on an upgrade from Economy to Business Class.

The bids will be evaluated and, up to 48 hours before the flight, customers will be informed if their proposal has been accepted.

This is one more option for customers to use the miles they have earned with the program.

You can bid for the upgrade as soon as you have 10,000 miles, accessing all existing seats and not just those available for premium tickets.

Since the rebranding of the Miles&Go program in November 2018, TAP has been adding several new features and benefits to its loyalty program -- always with the purpose of improving and increasing the relevance of this program.
