This is the result of a partnership between TAP and Cascais Municipal Council. The Company is going to have a new flight simulator for training pilots at Tires Aerodrome.
The Airbus A320 simulator will be in operation as of June. It will allow TAP to meet its growing pilot training needs as a result of its expansion strategy, with the acquisition of new aircraft, the opening of new routes and the increase in the number of passengers carried.
TAP has already recruited around 250 pilots since the beginning of last year, which as a result has increased its need for training equipment.
