TAP launches another Airbus A330NEO for the Lisbon-Sao Paulo route

On Friday, TAP began operating a new Airbus A330-900neo, registered as CS-TUF, flight TP438, which departs from Lisbon with Guarulhos airport in São Paulo as its final destination.

The company already has five aircraft of this type in its fleet.

With the launch of this aircraft, the two daily Lisbon-São Paulo route flights will be mostly operated by the new A330neo planes in the TAP fleet.

Also, other destinations in Brazil have already received the Company's new aircraft.

TAP customers going to Salvador da Bahia, Brasília and Belo Horizonte have already had the experience of flying on the Airbus A330-900neo.

By the end of 2019, the Company will have received a total of 19 Airbus A330-900neos as a means of strengthening its long-haul fleet.

TAP Air Portugal is the only airline in the world to benefit from the many attributes of this larger-range aircraft that represents a new concept tailored to the Company's objective of offering the best product in the industry to its Customers.

The Company is also a pioneer in offering free unlimited text messages via wi-fi to all passengers on transatlantic flights at no additional cost.

TAP continues to invest in the modernization and growth of its fleet, making it one of the most modern in the world.

By 2025, the Company will have 71 new aircraft.
