TAP Miles&Go wins three awards in London

Company stands out among international airlines 

TAP Miles&Go was honoured in London with three awards in the five competition categories at the Frequent Traveler People’s Awards gala. This is the first time the Company has attended these awards, now in their fourth year, which recognise the best in the travel industry worldwide in terms of customer loyalty.
TAP’s frequent flyer programme was considered the best in Europe and Africa, in the categories of  Program of the Year, Best Overall Promotion and  Best Loyalty Customer Service . 
The Frequent Traveler People’s Awards reflect the votes of more than 1 million frequent flyers worldwide, with a total of 100 Programmes competing.

These prizes, awarded last week, represent important worldwide industry recognition of all TAP’s work in modernising and improving its customer loyalty programme. 
Since the programme’s redesign in November 2018, the Company has introduced new features and benefits to its loyalty programme to add extra value and increase the programme’s relevance to its members, in response to the main needs of TAP’s frequent fliers.
These awards are now added to the Freddie Award, a prize the TAP Miles&Go Programme won in April this year.
