Portuguese airline will offer a full ticket refund by issuing a one-year validity voucher that can be used on another travel to any destination.

TAP Customers who want to cancel their bookings for travels beginning up until May 31 can do it online and automatically at https://myb.flytap.com/. TAP fully converts the amount spent on the ticket into a non-refundable voucher valid for one year, that can be used on a future flight of their choice.

Alternatively, Customers can change their bookings for flights beginning until May 31st by scheduling a new flight - to any destination - for a date until December 31, 2020.

TAP is thus once again simplifying the resolution of situations related to Customers' bookings by providing a much easier solution, adapted to the evolution of the Coronavirus outbreak and to the Customer’s needs.

On the other hand, taking into account that national and international authorities are imposing several air traffic restrictions and that many passengers are cancelling their flights, TAP is offering – whenever it is not possible to provide Customers with a flight to their destinations – a full ticket refund by issuing a one year validity voucher that can be used on any future TAP flight. This voucher should be requested at www.flytap.com and will be issued automatically.
