Portuguese airline will offer a full ticket refund by issuing a one-year validity voucher that can be used on another travel to any destination.
TAP Customers who want to cancel their bookings for travels beginning up until May 31 can do it online and automatically at https://myb.flytap.com/. TAP fully converts the amount spent on the ticket into a non-refundable voucher valid for one year, that can be used on a future flight of their choice.
Alternatively, Customers can change their bookings for flights beginning until May 31st by scheduling a new flight - to any destination - for a date until December 31, 2020.
Due to the high volume of customer requests at TAP's Customer Service, and regretting this service’s long wait times, TAP advises all customers to use for this autonomous and automatic online tool: https://myb.flytap.com/.
