TAP Air Portugal received the Four Star Global Airline award this Wednesday from the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX). The awards for this edition were presented at APEX Expo, a ceremony that took place in Long Beach, California.
APEX's award-winning companies are chosen by online voting by their Clients, which take into account categories such as Best On-Board Service, Best Entertainment, Best Food and Drink, and Best Wi-Fi. This is the third time that the Portuguese airline is recognized by its Clients, after having already received this distinction in 2018 and 2021.
This recognition reinforces TAP's commitment and strategy to deliver the best of the industry to its passengers. The Company's current fleet is one of the youngest in the sector, allowing it to offer more modern, efficient and comfortable equipments.
APEX Official Airline Ratings were created on an unbiased basis, according to passengers feedback, obtained through TripIt® from Concur, one of the most widely used platforms for trips organization. For htis, more than one million flights from 600 airlines were taken into account, with passengers' voting going through an external professional audit.
