International awards honours TAPĀ“s loyalty programme as the best in Europe and Africa

TAP Miles&Go, TAP´s loyalty programme, has won every category in the Freddie Awards competition for Airline Companies in the Europe and Africa region, a result that stems from the choice of over 2.5 million frequent flyers from around the world who voted to elect the winners of these awards.

TAP Miles&Go won in the five categories at the Freddie Awards gala held in New Orleans, in the United States of America: "Programme of the Year", "Best Elite Programme", "Best Promotion", "Best Customer Service" and "Best Redeemability". 


The results achieved by TAP at the 2022 edition of the Freddie Awards represent total recognition by customers of the work done on the TAP Miles&Go programme with the aim of bringing it closer to the needs of its members and to international best practices, through the offer of innovative products and new partnerships.

 

Winning all categories in the Europe and Africa region shows the internationally recognised value proposal of the TAP Miles&Go programme and the consistency of the Clients' assessment.


The Freddie Awards were created in 1988 with the objective of giving frequent flyers a voice and honouring the efforts of the industry. The competition is open to all loyalty programmes and the winners are selected by frequent flyer programme members from around the world. Voters were able to cast their vote for their favourite loyalty programme for six weeks in one of three geographic regions in the competition - Europe/Africa, Americas and Middle East/Asia/Oceania.
