The TAP Miles&Go frequent flyer programme was the big winner at the 2023 Freddie Awards, winning four out of seven categories.
At the Freddie Awards ceremony, which took place in Washington DC, TAP Miles&Go was recognized as “Best Elite Program”, “Best Redemption Ability”, “210 Award Growth Potential” (meant to recognize an up-and-coming program delivering value to members that may not yet be on the radar of as many frequent travelers for Europe and Africa) and “Best Loyalty Credit Card - TAP Business Millennium BCP.”
The results achieved by TAP at the Freddie Awards highlight the value proposal presented by Miles&Go, with the international recognition of TAP's frequent flyer programme through the consistency of the assessment made by Customers.
The Freddie Awards were created in 1988 with the objective of giving frequent flyers a voice and honouring the efforts of the industry. The competition is open to all loyalty programmes, with the winners selected by frequent flyer programme members from around the world. Voters were able to cast their vote for their favorite loyalty programme for six weeks.
