TAP has already carried more passengers on brazilian routes this year than in all of 2022

As of today, October 31st, more than 1.6 million: an increase of 23% compared to last year.

TAP Air Portugal celebrates another achievement on the route from Brazil to Europe and surpasses last year's total numbers. Until October 31st, the Airline has already transported more than 1.6 million passengers to or from Brazil, which corresponds to a 23% increase compared to the same period in 2022.

Currently, TAP offers more than 80 weekly flights, with departures from 11 capital cities, and the reinforcement of flights in 2024 has just been announced, reaching a new record – there will be 91 flights per week, an average of 13 per day, reaffirming TAP as the most important international Airline connecting Brazil to Europe, the most Brazilian European Airline. TAP has been considered the leading airline from Europe to South America for 10 consecutive years by the World Travel Awards, a recognition of TAP's excellent service.

The Airline flies directly from São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belém, Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Fortaleza, Natal, Maceió, Porto Alegre, Recife and Salvador, to Lisbon, in addition to connecting Porto to São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. In total, there are 11 cities in Brazil (13 routes, from Lisbon and Porto) that TAP connects directly to Europe.
