TAP is the "Airline Partner" of World Youth Day

TAP Air Portugal and the World Youth Day (WYD) Lisbon 2023 Foundation have today signed a partnership agreement making the airline the event's official "Air Transport Partner", with a view to facilitating the participation of pilgrims in the biggest international gathering of young people with Pope Francis.

With this collaboration, TAP Air Portugal will offer advantageous travel conditions for pilgrims on TAP-operated flights that land at or take off from Lisbon and Porto airports up to 10 days before or after the start of WYD Lisbon 2023.

Américo Aguiar, President of the WYD Lisbon 2023 Foundation, "the partnership with TAP Air Portugal is important to mobilize and facilitate the participation of young people from other continents for WYD Lisbon 2023, allowing them to travel to our country to witness and experience this great international gathering.”
